Shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the items and sales tax will need to be added if shipped to a NY or CT address (8% for NY and 6.35% fo CT). Shipping and insurance cost will always be calculated by the cost of the item. We ship UPS ground. If you would like a different shipping method please let us know when you call for purchase.
